The company owes its origin to Mr. Vinod Khemka who sowed its seed and nurtured this business for the position it has achieved today. Being a gold medalist in commerce and law, Mr. Vinod not only handles the entire business but also delicately manages the workshop, stores, accounts and sales as well. Under his supervision, Gaurav and Gautam have invoked their dedication to the business for watching it reach new paradigms of success. Gaurav looks after the tractor sales department and constantly comes up with innovative ideas to accelerate growth. After completing higher studies in Management he emerged as a strong pillar for the company. Gautam on the other hand brought his fresh energy to the business and handles all the operations of the Wardha branch.

Being awarded the dealership of John Deere in the year 2000, Khemka Motors owns two large, state-of-the-art showrooms in the central part of Nagpur and Wardha. Both the showrooms are highly lavish and classy yet they offer a homely feeling to farmers who visit for a purchase even from the small villages.
